The Planet of the Dead edition of Doctor Who Confidential will transmit on BBC Three from 8:30pm - 9:30pm on Saturday 11th April 2009.
The episode is called Desert Storm and follows the cast and crew as they shoot scenes for the episode out in Dubai, showing how they got a double decker bus out into the desert, and how they overcame filming in the horrendous weather conditions…
While episodes of the behind-the-scenes programme usually follow on directly from the broadcast of the episode on BBC One, it’s thought that bosses have decided to put it on later to avoid clash with Primeval on ITV1.
